Petrified trees – Yeagerup

This is another photo from the Yeagerup trip.

You can see the line up of dead trees which have now been uncovered by the shifting sands. God only knows how many years ago these trees had their life taken away by the dune.

I think this was about a 9 image stitch usining the D3 and a Zeiss 50mm f2 Macro.

  4. Mate you will be pleased to know I have just got back from doing my bit to shift as much sand BACK onto the dune as possible (using a SWB Turbo GQ Patrol…hehehe).

  5. Hope you stayed within the markers mate!! lol.I hadn’t been down there for about 3 years and can’t believe how much sand has shifted.
